The Analytical Testing Isolator System has been specifically engineered for pharmaceutical industries that necessitate the highest levels of containment during the manipulation of potentially hazardous compounds (HAPIs).

The Isolator System is a GMP Class 2 containment enclosure that consists of an inlet/outlet airlock and a working chamber that accommodates four gloves.

The primary characteristic of a containment isolator is to optimize operator protection. A perfect combination of design and manufacturing strategies ensures that the Tema Sinergie Analytical Testing Isolator System maintains extremely stringent containment levels (≤50ng /m3). To ensure air tightness Class II (ISO 10648:2), the system is equipped with static and/or inflatable seals composed of FDA-approved EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer). The Analytical Testing Isolator System is the ideal adaptable solution for a variety of applications, including the weighing and dispensing of High Potent Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (HPAPI), manual sampling, and product transfer.input:

The system is designed with a modular approach that is both adaptable and flexible. The initial configuration of the isolator consists of a single working chamber that can be easily added to with additional chambers and/or airlocks. This renders the Analytical Testing Isolator System optimally suited to any process or requirement. A limited number of options may be implemented at a later date.
