Warming Cabinet

The DRS-218/15™ is a vertical cabinet that is specifically engineered to dry and store endoscopes. It enables the aseptic storage of up to 15 flexible endoscopes of any brand and model for a maximum of 800 hours.

The device is being investigated to ensure that it complies with EN 16442 as a class I medical device, ensuring that the correct pressure of sterile air is maintained in all conditions and that the risk of environmental contamination is avoided, which is the basis of the standard.

The system’s 15 vertically separated positions enable a flexible use and a rapid drying of the endoscopes, thereby reducing the risk of cross-contamination. Endoscopes can be dried through simple ventilation with filtered air (ventilated cabinet, V) or through heating at 30/35°C, which provides high-level drying performance (heated air cabinet, TV).input:

The DRS-218 series can be implemented in vertical storage by suspending the instrument from a specialized support, or in horizontal storage by employing plastic trays or stainless steel baskets. Available in either a single-door or pass-through configuration.input:
