Description

The reactors are constructed in accordance with the ASME Div VIII code and GMP guidelines, and are available in a variety of stainless steel grades (AISI 304-316-316L-316Ti) to meet the specific needs of user.

These units can be configured to operate under atmospheric pressure, vacuum, or pressure, contingent upon the requirements of the process. They can be heated or cooled in accordance with the specifications, using either unit circuits, either divided or electrical, or coils, jackets, or internal half-round pipes.

The insulation is composed of mineral wool or expanded polyurethane, and its covers are either removable or welded to ensure watertightness. Anchors, propellers, turbines, and flat/inclined blades are among the most frequently used agitation systems, which are established in accordance with the product or technical specifications provided by the customer.

In addition to the equipment, our organization furnishes a technical file that comprises calculation logs, welding procedures, material certificates, polishing certificates, welder’s qualifications, operation diagrams, and plans and graphics. This documentation is an essential component of the equipment’s validation process for the authorities that request it.
