The ROTA device is designed for patients who are cooperative and typically intelligent, such as adult patients with impingement syndrome or fractures. This new device can be beneficial for brain-damaged patients with central lesions, such as hemiplegics, despite the fact that there are significant restrictions. output:This version is mobile and equipped with a height-adjustable wheel that can be adjusted to accommodate the patient’s size or the exercise being performed. 1) A handle, 2) A knob, 3) A forearm support, 4) A counterweight, 5) An elbow rest, and 6) A front grip handle are all included in the device, which enables a broader range of exercises. Patients have the option to work in both seated and standing positions. They can initiate their active exercises in free mode, and subsequently introduce resistance.

The wheel facilitates the monitoring of range of motion (ROM) recovery by offering a rapid and dependable evaluation that is based on the comparison of previous and subsequent measurements.
