CPM device for the treatment of the left and right shoulder, recommended for the passive restoration of joint movement in both surgical and non-surgical pathologies. It enables the patient to rotate while sitting or lying down, and the shoulder can be moved in the following directions: internal-external rotation, elevation in flexion, and elevation in abduction. The device is suitable for home use, as it is easy to move and handle. It is composed of a base that is mounted on four swivel casters with brakes and is height-adjustable.

output:The device is capable of performing the following shoulder movements: 1) elevation during flexion (range: 0°÷ 180°), 2) internal-external rotation (range: 90° ÷ 0° ÷ 90°), and 3) adduction-abduction (complete physiological range).
Arthrotomy, arthroscopy, surgical treatment of fractures, reconstructive surgery, endoprosthetic implants, and operations on soft tissue are all potential therapeutic interventions.
The device is equipped with an arm support that facilitates internal-external rotation movement (as illustrated in the image gallery).
