ValueCell FILL is a straightforward and uncomplicated technology that is designed to aid customers in their downstream aseptic bag filling operations. ValueCell FILL is one of the Comecer's offerings that supports new filling needs in the fields of Cell & Gene therapies and related areas (Viral filling, Media filling), with options for cryogenic filling.



Bag dispensing is conducted in a manner that involves the filling of each bag individually. The ValueCell FILL is a pre-sterilized Single-Use Set that consists of receiving bags that are assembled in a common manifold.

The ValueCell Fill is appropriate for use in lower room classifications, such as Grade C environments, as filling is conducted under closed conditions.

The initial bag collects air in the pre-sterilized tubes while priming the line, which is how air is removed from the filling line.

Another critical factor is product saving, which is achieved through reverse pumping at the conclusion of the filling process to prevent the discarding of essential product that remains in the lines.input:
