Security Cabinet

The Safetybox® chemicals, acids, and bases line provides certified cabinets for the storage of chemical products, acids, and bases.

We collaborated with the TUV SUD body to establish a reference standard in order to prevent the operator from inhaling toxic or dangerous substances, as there is no specific regulation governing the storage of these products.

EN61010-1, EN16121, EN16122, and PPP 52125A are the reference standards. The Safetybox® cabinets for chemicals, acids, and bases must be equipped with an activated charcoal filter and an aspirator (IMQ IPX4) that must be perpetually operational in order to qualify for certification.

The Safetybox® line for chemicals, acids, and bases comprises both certified and non-certified models. These models are exclusively designed for the installation of a motor and filter (not included).

It is imperative to consult the technical data sheet of a chemical product in order to obtain information regarding the risk steps and safety recommendations.

Storage must always be conducted in a cabinet that is suitable for exclusive use and provides direct ventilation or is guaranteed by a special air exchange system.

The Safetybox® models AB 1100, AB 600, AB 1200/50, and AB 900/50 feature distinct compartments. One compartment is designated for the storage of acids, featuring acid-proof painted steel shelves, while the other is for bases, featuring stainless steel shelves.

The Safetybox® for chemicals, acids, and bases is constructed from acid-resistant materials, features a monolithic external structure, and is pre-equipped with a bottom basin and shelves to contain any spills. The tray-shaped shelves can be effortlessly removed by opening the doors to 180°. The hinges are concealed and resistant to corrosive products.
