The Kolplast Nasopharyngeal Swab is appropriate for the collection of clinical samples for forensic applications, as well as for bacteriology, virology, RT-PCR, and other molecular biology tests. It is intended for nasopharyngeal collection, but it may also be employed in other regions of the body. It is composed of a flexible, thin shaft and soft synthetic nylon fibers. The stem is pre-cut 80 mm from the tip. Sterile.
