Ride-On Vacuum Sweeper

The new Comac street sweeper, the HP4000, is able to combine the effectiveness of the vacuum action for finer dust with the strength of the mechanical action, which is designed to collect larger residue, thanks to the TwinAction technology.

The HP4000 is designed with a rotating shaft that is equipped with hammers, allowing for the effortless collection of even the largest residue, such as branches and leaves, which will be shredded without the risk of clogging the vacuum channel. The shredded waste will be deposited into the collection hopper, which will fill at a slower pace than a conventional sweeper.

The HP4000 is distinguished by a sweeping system that is specifically engineered to guarantee maximum efficiency. It is equipped with adjustable left and right brushes, kit side tracking to ensure that the machine’s progress is constantly monitored and that excellent results are achieved, and kit brush pressure adjustment on the ground to accommodate any surface. In a single pass, a swinging brush can collect residue that has been deposited on both sides of the road by moving from right to left.

The HP4000 is engineered to operate without water, resulting in an annual water savings of 150,000 liters. Water is utilized exclusively for auxiliary purposes, including the pressure washer, the dumping of waste, and the abatement of dust on the side brushes.
