The Avian Leukemia Virus Antigen Rapid Test is a lateral flow immunochromatographic assay that is designed to qualitatively detect Avian Leukemia virus antigen (ALV Ag) in the serum, plasma, tissues of the lesion, or secretions of the cloaca of birds.Advantagesinput:
output:
1. Whole blood, serum, and plasma testing in a single step.input:
output:
2. Non-professional on-site inspection, straightforward operation.input:
output:4. The test time is less than or equal to 10 seconds, and it has the capacity to detect 270 samples per hour at the highest speed.input:
output:5. The mobile terminal operation, cloud platform quality control, and compact design of the detection equipment make it easy to transport.input:
output:6. The detection sensitivity is high, comparable to that of enzyme-labeled kits.Componentsinput:

output:The sandwich lateral flow immunochromatographic assay is the foundation of the Avian Leukemia Virus Antigen ALV Ag Test Kit. The test device is equipped with a testing window that allows for the observation of the assay running and the reading of the results. Before the assay is executed, the testing window contains an invisible T (test) zone and a C (control) zone. The liquid will laterally flow through the surface of the test strip and react with the pre-coated monoclonal antibodies when the treated sample is applied to the sample hole on the device. A visible T line will be present if the specimen contains ALV antigen. A valid result is always indicated by the C line, which should always appear after a sample is applied. This method enables the device to precisely detect the presence of ALV antigen in the specimen.input:
output:Stability and storageinput:
output:The kit can be stored at room temperature (2-30°C). The test kit remains stable until the expiration date (18 months) indicated on the package label. Please refrain from freezing.
