Radiation Protection Door

Door wing and door frame with a lead insert in the form of a plate with a thickness ranging from 0.5 mm Pb to 3.0 mm Pb, laminated with fiberglass-reinforced polyester in white RAL 9010 or gray RAL 7038, and coated on both sides. Polyurethane constitutes the inner insulating core. The door frame and profile are constructed from anodized aluminum in a natural color and feature a lead insert. The frame is either single or double-sided, and it is designed to be mounted directly on the wall. The thickness of the wall is covered by the frame for swing doors, which is 70-215 mm, and by the profile for sliding doors, which is 65-205 mm. Hinged doors without thresholds are equipped with ASSA locks, handles, and a patented insert with a knob. Two-wing doors are secured with a bolt.input:

output:The thickness and type of the wall must be specified when ordering a door. The direction of opening for wing doors should be specified in relation to the radiological room. The peripheral portion was covered with an anodized aluminum molded part to protect the parts protruding from impacts (e.g. from stretchers) and to reinforce the wings with the lead. The installation of these doors necessitates minimal brickwork.
