The LS-View is a passive vision system that is aligned with the laser beam and is dedicated to the scan field observation before, during, and after the laser process. A clear image of the workpiece is not necessitated by mechanical stage movement.

Optimal field observation

Viewing the scan field center prior to the process can assist in accurately positioning the workpiece. Visual monitoring of the ablation is facilitated by its display during the procedure. Subsequent to the procedure, an additional visual examination may verify that the ablation has been performed in the intended location.
Exceptional clarity

The LS-View provides a direct visualization of the center of the objective field, with resolutions as low as 4 µm, and contains a dichroic optic for wavelength splitting, an objective with its focus setting, an interference filter for a sharp image, and a ½” camera.

Module that is connected

The KYLA® software, a comprehensive microprocessing software that is capable of communicating with a variety of stages, cameras, and lasers, can display the LS-View’s camera when it is directly connected to a computer via an ethernet interface.
Alternatively, the image may be displayed on a different software application in the same manner as a standard camera.
