This will provide even higher resolution imaging if you are scanning small animals and have the financial resources to upgrade to the microconvex probe.input:

A linear rectal probe with a frequency of 6.5MHz is accessible for the purpose of reproductive scanning in equines and cattle. The additional $300 fee for the microconvex or linear rectal options is intended to transition your convex probe to one of these more expensive probe types, rather than to add a second probe.
