– Silicone coating is applied in multiple layers.
– Blockwise RLU248 radial force measuring device.
– CNC Lathe Pinacho S94 C/165 for the production of small parts for prototype production, silicone coating, and tools for knitting or shaping wires.
– The construction of comprehensive delivery systems from either in-house or outsourced components.
– The products are cleaned and packaged in a clean room that is classified as EN ISO 14644 Class 8.
– A certified ethylene oxide (EtO) sterilization service in accordance with ISO 11135:2014. The usable chamber volume of the EtO sterilization unit is 0.9 m³. Additionally, we provide sterilization validation, sterile barrier validation, and sterile barrier packaging.
– The LaborTech device is equipped with a thermo box, which allows for the application of tearing forces in both low and high ranges.
– The KBF 1020 binder is used to simulate accelerated aging. The inner dimensions that are usable are 976 x 1250 x 876 mm.
– The BOY 22A device is designed to manufacture injection-molded components from a variety of plastics. Usage of customer molds is feasible.
