output:Surgical techniques:The clinician determines the appropriate surgical approach based on the specific circumstances, which may involve transpedicle or posterolateral transforaminal procedures.

give the following instructions:1. Select an appropriate surgical approach under the C-arm machine and puncture the collapsed vertebral body with a locking puncture needle or a rotating puncture needle.
2. Remove the core of the puncture needle and retain the cannula within the needle. If a biopsy is necessary, employ a hollow vertebral drill to extract the sample.3. Under X-ray monitoring, mix the bone cement and inject it into the compressed vertebral body using a bone cement syringe. The injection volume of bone cement is typically maintained at 3 to 6 milliliters.4. When performing balloon dilatation kyphoplasty, remove the needle core after the puncture is complete, remove the guide needle from the puncture needle sleeve, and remove the puncture needle sleeve.5. Insert the expansion tube, which can be rotated to reduce resistance, under the guidance of the guide needle.6. Remove the guide needle and the expansion tube, preserving the working sleeve as a working channel.7. The working sleeve of the solid vertebral body drill is used to enter the bone passage and remove bone. The drill bit can be repeatedly moved in and out to remove bone debris. If a biopsy is necessary, a hollow vertebral body drill is used to take the sample.
