The Veri-Q PCR 316 is a real-time PCR chain reaction tool that can rapidly and precisely amplify the target nucleic acid to diagnose viral presence.input:
output:Qualified personnel with the requisite professional skills should utilize this instrument in the field of in vitro diagnosis.input:
output:This product is a tool that enables the confirmation of gene amplification and accumulation in real time by amplification of nucleic acids (DNA and/or RNA) of specific genes of the microorganism using the principle of polymerase chain reaction (PCR). The fluorescence generated during PCR amplification is measured by the instrument, which then determines the presence of the gene in the samples and its initial quantity, using the complementary primer for specific target genes and the probe marked with fluorescence dyes. The fluorescence value generated during gene amplification with PCR is recorded in a photodiode. The fluorescent chromosomes that are most frequently employed are FAM, HEX, TEX, and CY5. This value can be measured selectively using LED light sources and interference filters.
