FEP enables an independent correction in each of the three planes. A procurvatum-recurvatum correction is permitted by the joint unit. The correction of rotational defects is facilitated by the compression-distraction unit. A varus-valgus correction is permissible with the micrometric regulators. Independent corrections may be implemented without compromising the preceding correction.input:
