Description

The medical molecular sieve oxygen production system is a novel piece of equipment that employs state-of-the-art pressure swing adsorption (PSA) technology to extract oxygen from air. At room temperature and low pressure, the selective adsorption of oxygen and nitrogen is achieved through the use of zeolite molecular sieve as an adsorbent. The adsorption capacity increases as the adsorption pressure increases, while the characteristics decrease as the adsorption pressure decreases. Air serves as the raw material. Nitrogen is adsorbed under pressurized conditions, oxygen is enriched, nitrogen is desorbed under reduced pressure conditions, and the molecular sieve is simultaneously regenerated. Oxygen is separated through the cycle’s alternation. The compressed air is purified by the air purification dryer and subsequently enters the adsorption tower through the switching valve. This is the specific working process. In the adsorption tower, nitrogen is adsorbed by a molecular sieve. The oxygen at the top of the adsorption tower is accumulated in the oxygen storage tank. After odor removal, dust removal, and sterilization filtration, suitable medical oxygen is obtained. The entire process of oxygen production for the physical adsorption process is free of chemical reactions and environmental pollution. Oxygen supply products are used extensively in hospitals, nursing homes, urban health centers, and other medical institutions.
