The system employs pressure swing adsorption technology to separate oxygen from air, utilizing zeolite molecular sieve as an adsorbent and air as the raw material.

The air compressor, dryer, PSA oxygen generator, and booster compressor comprise the oxygen generator system.

The screw air compressor compresses the air to working pressure, which is then directed into the dryer through the filter to eliminate oil, water, and dust. The air tank is the final step in the process of storing the requisite air for the PSA generator. The PSA generator is supplied with clean compressed air, which is used to separate nitrogen and oxygen.

Zeolite molecular sieves are utilized in the adsorption tower. Nitrogen is adsorbed by molecular sieves, which then permit the passage of oxygen. The adsorbent releases impurities, primarily nitrogen, to complete the regeneration process. Oxygen accumulates at the top of the absorption tower and subsequently enters the oxygen tank.

Oxygen can be directly connected to the hospital oxygen pipeline or entered into a booster compressor after filtering. After pressurization, the cylinder is filled with oxygen by means of the cylinder filling ramp.
