Medical Heat Sealer

Prior to sterilization, medical devices are enclosed in transparent pouches that are intended to preserve their sterility until they are administered to a patient. This is done to prevent recontamination following reprocessing. The sterile barrier system’s reliable sealing is a critical component of this procedure, and it must be achieved through a reproducible and validated process in accordance with DIN EN ISO 11607-2. The MMM SteriPack® heat sealer can be seamlessly integrated into the sterile materials reprocessing procedure of any RUMED, providing the operator with the necessary assurance regarding the sterility of the reprocessed materials. The DIN EN ISO 11607-2 standard necessitates the control, monitoring, and documentation of critical process variables and parameters, which are met by all models in the SteriPack® series. MMM can, of course, also conduct validations of the sealing processes and maintain the devices.

A 4.3″ touchscreen that is user-friendly guarantees rapid data entry and effortless operation. The procedure is halted and a warning is issued by the integrated monitoring system in the event of deviations from the individually configurable limit values. The heat sealer can be directly connected to a batch documentation system, such as EcoSoft, for electronic data archiving.input:

output:Via a color touchscreen, the SteriPack® 95 continuous sealing device offers an exceptionally user-friendly menu navigation system. During the sealing process, the critical sealing variables, including sealing temperature, contact pressure, and sealing speed, are automatically monitored. An acoustic alarm is generated and the sealing process is terminated if any of the variables are incorrect.
