output:The DeCapper option’s functional principle
Vials are transported into the DeCapper by the MPS. The vial is secured within the DeCapper, and the cap is unscrewed from the vial. The vial is now open, and the substance within it can be further processed using a pipette tip, for instance. The screw cap is reattached to the vial by the DeCapper in a subsequent step, with a predetermined torque. The DeCapper step can be integrated into the automated sample preparation process at any point by utilizing the MPS. 2-mL, 4-mL, 10-mL, and 20-mL vials are compatible with the DeCapper.
