A stainless steel AISI304 condenser with a sanitary mirrored polishing has a total capacity of 5.0 Kg and a capacity of up to 3.0 Kg of ice per 24 hours. Enables the rapid removal of the condenser’s ice block prior to defrosting. Facilitates the freezing of material within the condenser.
A 25 cm transparent acrylic chamber without splices and a superior stainless steel cover with 8 faucets or an integral stainless steel chamber with 8 or 16 faucets. In order to accommodate flasks with a mouth of 19 cm, faucets are available in neoprene or silicone and feature a vacuum relief system. Adapter in neoprene or silicone with a variable fitting for flasks with a diameter of 7.0, 8.5, or 10.0 cm; Rack with four or more removable and interchangeable shelves for trays up to 18cm, which are adjusted to the height of the flasks. Optional: trays heating with digital temperature controller and flask closing system with vacuum or modified atmosphere. A polycarbonate front panel with lighted switches that are simple to operate and an LCD display that displays the vacuum and temperature in the condenser, as well as a timer in the hh:mm:SS format and tension. Serial output and appropriate software for the issuance of freeze-drying reports that include variables such as vacuum, temperature, and tension X time.
