Laboratory Bottle-Top Dispenser

VITLAB® genius² dispensers are practically universally applicable and can be used with a wide range of organic and inorganic solutions. The materials that are in contact with media (borosilicate glass, Al2O3ceramics, FEP, ETFE, PFA, PTFE, platinum iridium, and PP) are resistant to the majority of acids, solvents, and bases. The inner toothed bar and practical screwing mechanism facilitate a rapid and accurate volume adjustment. The calibration function is user-friendly and facilitates the completion of all test equipment monitoring requirements with minimal downtime. The innovative recirculation valve prevents reagent loss during bleeding.

If the dispensing tube is not installed, the screwable discharge valve closes the dosing channel and is equipped with an additional safety bulb to prevent the medium from escaping.

The dispensers are designed with a fluoroplastic (PFA) sealing lip on the cylinder wall and a positive displacement piston. This latter component functions as a windshield wiper, preventing the accumulation of crystals on the cylinder wall from readily crystallisable media. Additionally, a plastic coating is applied to the glass cylinder to mitigate the likelihood of splashes in the event of a breakage. The telescopic filling tube can be smoothly adjusted to accommodate a variety of bottle heights.input:
