The MicroCal PEAQ-ITC is a low volume, isothermal titration calorimeter that is highly sensitive and designed for the label-free in solution study of biomolecular interactions. It is capable of analyzing weak to high affinity binders and provides direct measurement of all binding parameters in a single experiment, utilizing as little as 10µg of sample. The system is upgradable to the fully automated MicroCal PEAQ-ITC Automated, making it ideal for laboratories that prioritize speed, sensitivity, and the capacity to handle increased workloads in the future. The MicroCal PEAQ-ITC is engineered to provide exceptional sensitivity and ease of use. The system directly measures the heat that is released or absorbed during biochemical binding events, and from this data, it calculates binding affinity (KD), stoichiometry (n), enthalpy (ΔH), and entropy (ΔS). Data is generated rapidly and effortlessly with minimal sample preparation and system optimization. The analysis of weak to high affinity binders is made possible by the wide affinity range, which ensures excellent reproducibility.
