Description

The Imagen Phosphor Plate Scanner is a scanner designed to read intraoral phosphor plates (PSP). The plates serve as receptors for radiographs that are acquired using an X-ray unit. Upon completion of the capture, the PSP is inserted into the scanner’s slot, where it is read and the image is transmitted to the PC.

The plates are read and cleared by the scanner in a matter of seconds, enabling them to be reused on multiple occasions. Each plate is capable of capturing approximately 1000 exposures when used in optimal conditions.

The Phosphor Plate Scanner is a more convenient method for obtaining clear and durable images. Transition to digital imaging with the most advanced and adaptable solution that integrates all the benefits of the most recent generation of technologies to achieve exceptional diagnostic quality.

The scanner was engineered to be as straightforward as possible: There are no buttons; simply connect the device to your computer via USB and commence the scanning process.

Upon inserting the plate into the slot, the scanner automatically detects the plate’s size and commences operation. In less than 10 seconds, the Viewer transmits digital images that are exceedingly precise to any PC.input:
