Intermittent Cartoner

The CVC 1600 is a durable and proven intermittent cartoner that is suitable for a diverse array of products, including bottles, blisters, and tubes, in the food, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and personal care industries. The CVC 1600 is a compact and exceptional packaging machine that is capable of performing the following tasks: carton erection, pre-folded leaflet insertion, embossing coding on the carton flap, and carton closing with tuck-in or hot melt glue sealing. It is equally effective for packaging line integration and stand-alone operation.



Easy access, cleanup, and maintenance are facilitated by the compact footprint. The cartoner design separates product handling from intermittent motion drive.

Control System: Mitsubishi PLC (Japan) with a user-friendly touch screen Control Panel: 8" Colored (Fuji, Japan or equivalent brand), operator is effortless to configure and operate the cartoner.
Production management is equipped with three-level password protection.

Carton and leaflet pick-off from carton and leaflet magazines, as well as reliable leaflet insertion and carton erection, are guaranteed.Alarm devices for:- Carton pickup failure
