The machine is intended to inspect and polish capsules after the powder filling operation, prior to packing.
The filled capsules are transported from the hopper to the vibrating tray, where they are guided in a zigzag pattern through the inspection belt. The belt is equipped with a light arrangement to facilitate the visual examination of damaged capsules before they are polished. The capsules are rotated by the S.S. Strips that are installed on the inspection belt. This facilitates the operator’s inspection and organization of the damaged capsules.
A spiral brush is then used to remove the powder from the capsule surface as the capsules are passed through it. The vacuum blower extracts the loose powder, which is then collected in the powder collection chamber.
It has an output of 35,000 to 40,000 capsules per hour, contingent upon the quality of the capsules, the characteristics of the filling material, and the ambient temperature.
