Description

The GIBNIK series Hydrogen Gas Generators are a cost-effective alternative to high-pressure gas cylinders in laboratories. The generators operate silently at pressures of up to 10 bar (155 psig) and are capable of producing purities as high as 99.9999 %.

In order to generate hydrogen, the generators only require demineralized or distilled water. There is no requirement for cell maintenance, and no caustic solutions are necessary. This gas is optimal for use as a feed gas for GC-FIDs, as a reaction gas for HALL detectors, and as a carrier gas. The hydrogen from the H2FID model is the optimal fuel gas for GC-FIDs or as reactor gas for other types of detectors in gas chromatography.

The H2CARRIER model has been developed to serve as a substitute for helium or nitrogen as a carrier gas.In terms of speed analysis, sensitivity, and resolution, hydrogen from the H2FID Generator provides significant advantages over nitrogen and helium. Additional hydrogen applications include sulfur analyzers, total hydrocarbon analyzers, and air pollution monitoring systems.

The H2FID and the H2CARRIER hydrogen generators are “No Maintenance” systems that necessitate minimal bench space. Furthermore, H2CARRIER is available with cascading and remote control as an optional feature.capabilities. A diverse array of new applications is made possible by these distinctive and exclusive features.

The hydrogen gas generators are highly cost-effective, ergonomic, safe, and compact. The generators have been engineered to adhere to the highest quality and reliability standards, in addition to their exceptional safety (they produce hydrogen only when necessary).

Shipping & Delivery
  1. Special Requirements: Medical equipment often has specific needs, such as temperature control or shock absorption. For example, certain medications must remain at a specific temperature throughout the supply chain. This may require insulated containers, refrigerated vehicles, and specialized warehousing.

  2. Custom Packaging: Custom packaging solutions are essential for medical equipment. A professional crating company can provide protective packaging tailored to the unique requirements of each product. This can include foam packaging die-cut to the exact shape needed for the product.

  3. Reusable Packaging: For regular shipments, reusable packaging can be a cost-effective and environmentally friendly option. These crates can be assembled and disassembled without tools and can be fully customized.

  4. International Shipping: When shipping internationally, it's important to be aware of customs regulations. Failure to comply can result in delays, returns, or fines. Professional shipping companies can help obtain the necessary permits and documentation.

  5. Insurance and Tracking: Given the high cost and critical nature of medical equipment, insurance is essential. Tracking can also provide peace of mind and help prevent loss.
