The UVP Hybrilinker Oven’s hybridization oven is well-suited for in situ hybridization, Southern, Northern, and Western blots, and the binding of nucleic acids to nitrocellulose or nylon-reinforced transfer membranes or other media. The microprocessor in the unit is highly precise, allowing for the regulation of temperature and rotation speeds. The current chamber temperature is indicated by a large LED display, and temperature uniformity is maintained by an internal circulating fan. The environment can be effortlessly maintained due to the internal stainless steel construction.
