This “Better than Gradient” capability enables users to simultaneously execute up to six distinct annealing temperatures. This is particularly well-suited for applications such as genotyping and method optimization.input:

This feature enables users to select the temperatures they wish to test against. The blue and black squares that are visible on the microplate platen are a clear indication of these regions.
