The Darkroom tab allows you to choose from UV 302, UV 365, Epi White, or Epi Blue (BL system only) light sources, as well as an optional Trans White light illumination tray.
The optimal exposure time is determined with a single click by the Auto Exposure tool. The Slider tool can also be employed to manually adjust the exposure time and view an updated live image.
The Select ROI tool enables you to specify a region of interest. The Auto Exposure calculations are exclusively based on the selected region. This feature is particularly beneficial for gels that exhibit either faint or intense bands.
The Band Excision tool enables you to temporarily bypass the system’s safety precautions in order to observe the gel with the lights on.**Crop, rotate, resize, contrast, saturation, and zoom are all imaging tools. A diverse array of text and drawing tools are included in annotation tools. Finished images may be saved, printed, emailed, or exported for additional analysis.
