Operations

Sample analysis is facilitated by the robotic vial processing operation, which is both systematic and straightforward. The sample vials are transferred to the heated six-position incubator for preconditioning.

In order to expedite the state change and achieve equilibrium, the sample is simultaneously heated and shaken. The headspace sample is withdrawn by moving a heated, gas-tight syringe over the incubator. The syringe is automatically cleaned by purging with inert gas following the injection of the sample.input:
