output:The excitation light source for the Medlere Fluorescence Immuno-analyzer is an LED. The electrical signal is generated by the collection and conversion of the emitted light from the fluorescence microspheres. The quantity of fluorescence dye molecules present on the examination site is closely correlated with the signals. A pre-programmed calibration process is used to determine the concentration of the analyte after a sample is applied to the test cartridge.
