Film Coating System

The Film Coating Machine is capable of coating a variety of sweets, tablets, and pills with organic film, water-soluble film, and sugar film, among other materials, in the pharmaceutical, food, and biological industries. Fundamental operational principle:In the closed drum of the film coating machine, the tablets engage in a complex, continuous orbital motion. The tablets are coated with the mixed coating using a spray gun, which is moved by the peristaltic pump.
In the interim, the Air Exhaust Cabinet (which generates negative pressure) and the Hot Air Cabinet (which provides hot air) operate in tandem to ensure that the tablets are penetrated by a 100,000-level purification of clean hot air, which is supplied by the Hot Air Cabinet. Thereafter, the tablets are exhausted from the bottom of the layers. This enables the coating medium, which is sprayed onto the tablet surface, to dry rapidly and uniformly, resulting in a solid and smooth film surface.

2. The tablets are prevented from falling from a high position and colliding by the action of a streamlined guide plate, which causes them to tumble frequently and smoothly. This enhances the qualification rate of the finished products and prevents chipped edges and broken pieces. The guide plate’s narrow surface prevents the adhesion of coating material to its surface, thereby conserving coating material.3. Cross-contamination is prevented by an automatic, high-efficiency feeding device.
