It is the result of the reformation of the original common sugar-coating machine and incorporates strong current, weak current, hydraulic pressure, and pneumatics. It is primarily comprised of the primary machine (the original sugar-coating machine), an automatic liquid and air feeding spray system, and a controllable room-temperature hot air system. Via frequency conversion, the primary motor is capable of adjusting its speed. When the high atomization sprayer is in operation, the high-pressure air flow creates a negative pressure within the sprayer's inner cavity. As a result, the coating liquid is atomized and applied to the tablet surface by atmospheric pressure. In order to ensure that the coating liquid covers the cores of the tablets uniformly, the tablets are continuously moved in the coating pot. In the meantime, the coating pot is equipped with controllable room-temperature hot air to rapidly dry the tablets, resulting in a layer of solid, fine, complete, and smooth film.
