LEX9 is an LED light system that has been specifically designed for biological research. It is both highly stable and highly powered. Inside, it is feasible to install two distinct LED units. The LED units employ LEDs in the visible to near-infrared light spectrum, which have a higher output than conventional LEDs. To match fluorescent probes, a variety of wavelengths can be selected.input:

It is feasible to manually activate or deactivate one or two wavelengths, or to alternately activate two wavelengths in frame synchronization with a high-speed camera system. LEX9 is an optimal excitation light source for high-speed fluorescence imaging.input:
