output:1. It is advised that the serum be collected using either standard serum collection tubes or tubes that contain procoagulant. It is advisable to store the item at a temperature between 2 and 8℃ if it cannot be used immediately. The test should be completed within 24 hours. The sample must be frozen at -20℃ for one month if the test cannot be conducted within 24 hours.

2. Samples that contain sediment or flocculent material should be centrifuged at 4000 rpm for 10 minutes before being tested.

3. Prior to testing, the samples must be cooled to room temperature (15-30℃). Before use, frozen samples must be thoroughly thawed, rewarmed, and mixed. It is not advisable to freeze and thaw samples on an ongoing basis.

4. Hemolysis, heat-inactivated samples, and other abnormal samples should be discarded.
