Subsequently, ammonia vapors (NH3) are employed to neutralize formaldehyde vapors.

The evaporator is positioned within the cabinet’s work chamber. The reagents are dispensed into the evaporator’s storage tanks in the appropriate quantities. The evaporator’s control system is programmed with the appropriate exposure time limits. The cabinet is then sealed from the external environment using special tools or an airtight bag. The evaporator is activated within the cabinet, and the process proceeds automatically.

The formalin solution (37%) is evaporated with an equal amount of water to achieve high humidity with formaldehyde vapors.

Aqueous ammonia solution (25%) is evaporated to produce ammonia vapors. input:

The casing of the evaporator and the tanks of the reagents are produced from stainless steel. Reagent tanks are equipped with screw-on caps.
The control unit is leak-tightly isolated from the evaporation unit and the environment. It is equipped with a keyboard, LC Display, and additional LED indicators. The evaporator is equipped with a folding handle for easy transportation. The evaporator’s case includes a power cable.
