Description

OSYPKA Temporary Myocardial Leads (TME, pacing wires, heart wires) are intended for the temporary pacing of patients following open chest cardiac surgery. OSYPKA TME are affixed to the myocardial wall of the atrium or atria, and/or the ventricle(s). The pacing wire is lead through the chest to the patient’s exterior using the thoracic needle at the opposite end. A variety of anchor mechanisms can be used to ensure fixation on the cardiac tissue. These mechanisms are either inserted and pulled through the myocardium with the assistance of a small needle or are attached with sutures. Cardiac stimulation with OSYPKA TME can be performed through the right and/or left atrium (bi-atrial pacing) and the right ventricle, or both ventricles (CRT/biventricular stimulation). The following external pacemakers are recommended for optimal stimulation: OSYPKA PACE101H® (single chamber), OSYPKA PACE203H® (dual chamber), and OSYPKA PACE300® (triple chamber for biventricular pacing/acute CRT). OSYPKA TME and MRI Compatibility: We possess a wealth of information, including scientific publications, on the subject of MRI compatibility. For additional information, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.TME for Adultsinput:
output:- Braided wire that is resistant to fractures- 4-polar TME with PE tubing protection- Superior threshold values and sensing capabilities- Characteristics of safe fixation: Tines (T), ZickZack (Z), and V-Haken (V)- Custom wires are available, in addition to 60 cm and 220 cm lengths.TME Children- the same features as TME for adults- heart needles measuring Ø 0.40 mm that are thinner for children’s hearts
