The Sentus OTW QP is a collection of left-ventricular (LV) quadripolar (QP) leads that are specifically engineered for effortless placement using telescopic LV lead delivery systems, such as the Selectra. Sentus OTW QP leads provide a variety of electronic repositioning options with their four poles, which allows for the selection of the optimal pacing site, the management of phrenic nerve stimulation, and the facilitation of excellent pacing thresholds to enhance CRT. In addition, the quadripolar lead offers sequential or simultaneous multipole LV stimulation when used in conjunction with a compatible BIOTRONIK device, which provides additional management options for CRT.

BIOTRONIK provides a variety of fixation mechanisms to accommodate both larger and thinner veins, as well as QP leads with varying pole spacing to accommodate shorter and longer target veins.
