output:Flexibility across a broad spectrum:The UVP iBox Studio in vivo fluorescence imaging system is highly adaptable and can accommodate the imaging of any probe within the visible to near infrared (NIR) spectrum (400 to 900 nm). Skin autofluorescence (~650 nm) is reduced by NIR imaging, which enables 3x to 8x deeper penetration. Additionally, the broad spectrum provides a greater number of options for multiplex labeling. This capability facilitates the visualization of tissue/tissue interaction, the detection of multiple fluorescent proteins or labels, and an improved signal-to-background ratio.
