Automatic Media Dispenser

A dispensing and pouring system that is designed for the automated dosing and filling of microbiological culture media in petri dishes with diameters of 35, 60, 70, and 90 mm, as well as for Bi-plates and Tri-plates, and for the automatic metering of liquid media into test tubes. The Systec Mediafill plate pourer is typically intended to rapidly fill petri dishes, with a capacity of hundreds to over a thousand per hour, while simultaneously ensuring sterility. Three carousel sizes are available for 220, 440, or 660 Petri dishes, depending on the specific needs. The system is straightforward and user-friendly. On the 5.7 display, for instance, the dimensions of the Petri dishes in use can be retrieved from the database. Sterile automatic dispensing is executed with precision by an integrated peristaltic pump. The Systec Mediafill is capable of automatically pouring dishes with a diameter of 90mm, 60mm, and 35mm, and it can accommodate dishes with a depth of up to 26mm. It can process 900 plates per hour.
