Automatic Colony Counter

The intuitive, quick-click software interface of the ColonyDoc-It Imaging Station allows researchers to count colonies quickly and accurately. Zone sizing, spiral counting, and time lapse counting can be effortlessly executed by users. The ColonyDoc-It system simplifies colony counting research by utilizing multiple excitation sources to visualize fluorescence and white light colonies, including GFP colonies.
The smallest colonies are identified by the high-resolution digital color camera. Plate and filter dimensions ranging from 33mm to 150mm are feasible. Doors eliminate ambient light, thereby establishing a darkroom environment.
