output:The SPExos option’s functional principle

The sample is injected into the SPExos by the MPS. The SPExos is equipped with a cartridge that is filled with adsorbent along the flow path of the sample. Utilizing a high-pressure syringe, the sample is directed over the cartridge, enriching it on the cartridge, and subsequently eluting it. The eluate can be directly transferred to an LC system. The cartridge may undergo numerous conditioning steps prior to injection and numerous rinsing steps subsequent to loading. SPExos automatically replaces the cartridge in the flow route after elution has been completed. Additionally, a valve switch is employed to automatically alter the solvents that are necessary.
