The LUNA-II™ performs the following tasks: adjusting light levels, capturing a high-resolution image, and analyzing the image to generate precise cell count and viability data. Simply press the count button until the cells are in sharp focus. Custom, cell-specific cell counting protocols may be established, or the default counting protocol may be implemented for the majority of cell lines. The accuracy of each count is easily verified by identifying live cells with green circles and dead cells with red circles.
