The automated cell counter is capable of distinguishing between live and dead cells. Cell counts, viability, and diameter can be acquired with a single click. The fluorescence cube enables the C100 to simultaneously display images in the BF and FL channels, as well as to present cell counts and cell morphology. It is an ideal device for the analysis of cell viability and transfection efficiency in a variety of fields, including immunology and vaccine development, cell therapy, tumor research, stem cell research, and metabolism research.
