Compact heart perfusion system that is controlled by a pumpThe compact pump-controlled heart-perfusion system is a closed, integrated system that is situated in a self-heated fluid tank with water circulation. The system is completely isolated from the ambient temperature by the water bath solution. The most optimal suspension solution for laboratory animal hearts is provided by the removable heart-suspending unit, which is another advantage. The system is suitable for performance of Janicki-type working heart modes or constant pressure and flow due to its minimal space requirement.input:

• Langendorff perfusion mode• In-built thermometer• Two independent reservoirs with a total volume of 2 liters (2 x 1 liter)• A unique semi-automatic lifting and suspending module for the heart• Optional: MAP sensors of varying sizes for rabbit, guinea pig, mouse, and rat
• The flow rate is electronically adjusted to maintain a consistent pressure between 0 and 500 mmHg.
• The following parameters can be measured: MAP, LVP, perfusion pressure, coronary flow, buffer temperature, heart rate, ECG, surface potential, muscular tone, and force (incorporating the force-displacement method).
• Left ventricular developed pressure measurement with balloon (LVDP) – Janiczky type working heart built-in option• Pacing and stimulation are also feasible (optional)
